The City never admitted to engaging in any improper practices, but changes and efforts to provide more detail into NYPD personnel within the existing Handschu Guidelines will be addressed.
A Call For Action has been announced by the mother of slain Tamir Rice, a 12-year-old child that was video taped while being shot dead by Cleveland, Ohio Police Officers, while playing in a public park. The fatal shooting, that was released in real-time, has pointed out that a described person was pointing a hand gun spurring the police to intervene and take action.
Reverend Al Sharpton stressed his concerns for the Eric Garner family this morning as he speaks to the press regarding a 5.9 Million Dollar Settlement reached yesterday on behalf the family. Although Mr. Garner, victim, is not here to comfort his family members, the public is reminded of the video caption of his death on July 17, 2014, when Mr. Garner voiced 11 times he could not breathe.

Al Sharpton, opened registration for all to attend a "From Demonstration To Legislation Legislative & Policy Conference" on July 8-9, 2015, in Washington, D.C., Capitol Hill. Many supporters of NAN came out to the conference for the introduction of policy and how the development of Bills will affect their financial interest of the organization.
