Destiny Child, Singer, Kelly Rowland gets up close and personal with the City of Newark children yesterday after receiving a City of Newark Municipal Council Proclamation for her selfless acts to children and role model contributions to empower young girls. Ms. Rowland's plan was to provide treats ~ Free Halloween candies and costumes to all Newark kids to promote Halloween safety.
